Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of iOS app development experience with Swift
- Expertise with writing clean, well architected code that matches existing patterns
- Fluent with technologies such as UIKit/SwiftUI, Alamofire, CoreData, CoreGraphics, and Swift async/await
- Implement feature descriptions and UI designs to specifications
- Run and test code on multiple devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- High aptitude for working with ambiguous / changing requirements
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with Objective-C, C/C++, StoreKit, AVAudioSession/AVCaptureSession, AudioKit, Superpowered, Fastlane, Figma, and Lottie
- Passion for music production, performance, and/or composition

You are a highly-motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
You'll be responsible for answering customer support emails and social media messages in a timely and professional manner, as well as maintaining response templates to ensure consistency and efficiency.
You'll work with other teams to identify and report software bugs, provide user feedback, and contribute to the development of new features.
You'll have the opportunity to expand your role in the future.

- Intermediate or above knowledge of music production/creation software
- Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly proficient and experienced in independently using personal mobile devices, personal computers, and mobile device-based and web-based applications
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with both Android and iOS devices/platforms
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems such as Zendesk
- Experience with social media management and engagement
- Passion for music production, performance, and/or composition
